Same thig applies to drugs (or ANY other illegal or substantially regulated item) as it does to guns: it is the USER (or abuser) that is ultimately responsible. Unless one is willing to admit that there is NO way you can have a reasonable discussion with them.
All evidence indicates that they are already past the realm of reasonable discussion... It is now a matter of religious belief... Like Education, energy, business, technology, etc., marxists of all stripe simply think they haven't restrict or controlled "it" hard/fascistic enough... No reason needed here... Just strong religious belief...
